Emma and Ed are wonderful! We bought a beautiful vintage ring and had another ring resized by Ed. Emma was so patient with me as I tried on every ring in the store even after I’d found the perfect one. We spoke about our concerns of sustainability and it was lovely to hear that they had similar values and beliefs about jewellery, seeking to give old pieces new lives and new homes to reduce the need for new jewellery to be made and using less harsh chemicals. I shared that I was interested in jewellery making and Ed explained everything to me, even taking photos of the resizing of my ring. So I feel like I received a free jewellery masterclass as well as a stunning ring. Makes you feel good to support local businesses and lovely people like Emma and Ed. Couldn’t have been happier with my ring!

She took the time to explain everything and went above and beyond in giving me contacts on a reputable watch-maker and gold buyer. The service from Pierre and everyone else was fantastic from consult to pick-up - and when we got the ring it was perfect! Pierre talked me through all the different aspects and made us the perfect engagement ring! We did have to get it resized but that was expected, and that was done very quickly also! It is my birthday this week and my hubby went to The Diamond Club with all the explanations and drawings that I gave him on what I would love for a birthday ring for my 40th. Needless to say I received the best birthday gift ever. The attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship that went into designing and making the ring - there are no words. It really is something special. Thank you Pierre and staff for listening to my hubby try and explain all the details for the design and for getting it more than right. We will definitely be back to design more jewellery and be a regular customer.

Pierre and the team at The Diamond Club are absolutely incredible! 4 weeks before my wifes birthday, I asked them for a custom diamond ring, and I was able to give it to my wife on her birthday! The quality of the ring and the diamonds is beyond compare. If youre thinking about choosing the diamond club, do not hesitate!!!
